We kicked off our second wedding of the year with the sweetest couple: Karlie and Edgar. These two were so genuinely in love, it made for some amazing candid photos. We absolutely loved working with them and they completely trusted our photography vision and were so laid back throughout the day. We started the morning at Serenity Salon where we watched Karlie’s bridal look come together. She looked beautiful as she put on her AMAZING wedding dress. I absolutely loved it! Despite the cold and rainy day we still managed to squeeze in some outdoor photos and a lot of the couples formal photos before the wedding ceremony. It was a special moment when Karlie walked down the aisle and Edgar saw her for the first time and smiled ear to ear. The ceremony was complete with memorable vows and the exchange of rings. We thankfully had one of the area’s best venues to work with for post ceremony pictures, the Firefly Grill. Not only is the building and property beautiful, it is home to some amazing food and a tremendous staff. We were able to take some post wedding portraits on the property and it served as a beautiful backdrop. Karlie had some great ideas for pictures and once we had finished we headed into the Firefly Grill for a very intimate and stunning reception. Niall, Megan, and the staff at the Firefly did an amazing job on the couples delicious cake and first class meal and service. The couple shared a romantic first dance and we were grateful they toughed out the cold for us to take some night shots outside. We really enjoyed working with the couple and their families and we wish them all of the best!
