Hillary and Isaac are sitting on a beach somewhere in the Bahamas enjoying their honeymoon and we wish they would have taken us with them, they look like they are having an amazing time! We absolutely had a blast spending their wedding day with them at the fabulous Carriage House and we are excited to share some photos with you!
I first met Isaac years ago when we both worked together and he’s just one of the nicest guys you’ll ever meet. So genuine and so loving and such a kind friend, Isaac is the kind of guy you want to have around. Enter Hillary, one of the sweetest and fun girls you would be lucky to meet and you have one amazing couple. They also had a bonus to their family and wedding day, their adorable daughter Harper who isn’t as much of a camera fan but still shined her beautiful smile for us regardless. Hillary and her bridesmaids spent the morning at Branches salon in Effingham where they were given beautiful up-do’s and makeup before heading over to the stunning Carriage House. Janet always does a great job but when I walked in to this particular reception room I remember saying “Wow Janet, holy crap, this looks amazing!” as she had completed the most amazing high and shining backdrop for the wedding. It was so unique, different, and beautiful, it has to be one of my favorites, hands down. Hillary had a memorable first look with her bridesmaids after putting on her intricate and STUNNING bridal gown (seriously, that’s a dang wedding dress right there) and we were able to get in some outdoor photos of both the bridesmaids and the groomsmen prior to the ceremony start. Isaac had the worlds LARGEST smile when Hillary came down the aisle, it was absolutely the sweetest moment ever. The ceremony went beautifully and afterward we were able to hop the party bus over to the outdoor picture spot where we had nice warm weather and a great bridal party to work with. We loved that Hillary and Isaac had a balloon release at their wedding, the colors and the moment was just really special. One of our favorite things about this couple is that like us, they share a love of St. Louis Blues Hockey and we wanted to find a special way of incorporating that into their wedding in a subtle way so we brought along one of our pucks to utilize for their ring shots 🙂 A HUGE shootout to the couple for including my all time favorite, Martins IGA Catering featuring the amazing mac and cheese into their meal, it was a huge raving hit. Now all I have to do is convince all brides its the latest Pinterest trend and I’ll be in like Flyn 😉 The reception was absolutely awesome with great moments and an awesome party. Hillary and Isaac were just having an absolute blast. We are so excited for them as they begin this new chapter in their lives.
Congrats to you both and your beautiful Harper! We wish you many years of pure joy!
