It was a HOT one yesterday! The temperature was close to 100 degrees but we had a beautiful venue and couple to motivate us! We are posting this blog earlier than normal because we will be traveling the next few weeks and we wanted to make sure the new Mr. and Mrs. had some photos to view before we left! Jessica and Daniel have been so sweet to us and we wish them all the best as they start their new life together! We started the morning at Foxy Styles where Jessica and her bridesmaids and family got hair and makeup completed by the pro staff at the salon. We headed straight for Tuscan Hills Winery where Walnut Street Weddings did a fabulous job setting up the event and outlining the fine details. We can always count on them to make a ceremony and reception venue look top notch! Tuscan Hills is a dream place for a wedding because they have such beautiful grounds and they are so easy to work with. Even though it was a hot one, it was a great ceremony full of emotion, tears, and tradition as the couples exchanged vows, rings, and got to have a phone call with the grooms parents who were unable to make the wedding. Family gathered around them to bestow best wishes. We headed inside for a few family shots and then headed back outside to make use of the beautiful winery grounds. Jessica’s dress and veil were amazing and her train was even detachable (how cool right?!) After photos were complete the couple joined their reception and the meal was provided by the family and by Niemergs. The family had served up some delicious authentic food and the guests enjoyed the evening as the weather started to cool down. The couple had some really great traditions we got to witness including a really beautiful choreographed first dance and a family waltz. The couple then cut their amazing wedding cake(s) and then dance the night away. Even though it was a hot day, it was a great day and we thank Tuscan Hills for all they did to help us out, even tolerating my shift in their furniture in order to complete some family photos inside (thank goodness for AC right?). Congrats Jessica and Daniel!
