Katie and Michael | Engagement @ Effingham, IL

Katie and Michael had one of those picturesque fall days with amazing sunlight and beautiful yellow trees, I think that they had the weekend everyone always wants for fall photos that usually only sticks around for a week or two. We were lucky this year because I feel like we got at least two weekends full of beautiful weather and trees. Katie is the sweetest girl we have already enjoyed working with her so much, she and Michael had such a beautiful love story and when I found out how Michael proposed I’ve moved him up to the top of the list for most romantic and sweet gestures ever. He even proposed to Katie with a beautiful ring that is a family heirloom, Katie you got yourself a keeper there! We had a great day moving from one location to the next and we ended the session at the Effingham Trek Trail where perfect sunlight meets the location where Michael proposed to Katie. What a great session and a wonderful couple. We can’t wait to photograph their wedding next year in 2018!
