Brittany and Kris | Engagement @ Altamont, IL

There are only a few things will motivate us enough to get out of bed on a Sunday morning post wedding and one of them was Brittany and Kris. We were excited to spend the morning with this couple and we had a fantastic time taking photos. I loved that they included their adorable little dog in the photos (I’m a dog freak, everyone knows this) and that Brittany had props prepared and ideas in her head for us to work with. Kris was so easy going and fun to chat with. They had a great location for their photos which gave us a lot of options for creative things and great light. Special thanks to Brittany’s parents for helping us out and bringing us to another great location (home of the cow photo bomb). We reaffirmed what we already knew: cows are very curious creatures and they will continue to inch closer and closer to you just to “check it out” and see what you are doing. This was no exception as we got a few little curious guys checking out our engagement session.  Brittany and Kris both had a great personality and we know their wedding day will be an absolute blast.
