Allie and Jeremy | Wedding @ Robinson, IL

Allie and Jeremy were officially our last Friday wedding ever and it was a beautiful and wonderful day. Spring is always iffy on weather but we lucked out with absolutely beautiful sunny clear skies and a fabulous couple to work with, we couldn’t have asked for a better weekend. We started the morning with Allie and her bridesmaids at the salon listening to stories of school and life as the girls were given beautiful hair and makeup looks for the wedding day. Allie was very relaxed and calm as the morning progressed and her hair and makeup made her look flawless. We headed around the block to the church where taking a look at Allie’s dress for the first time put me in awe. It was the perfect wedding dress and it looked absolutely perfect on her. Her mom and bridesmaids helped to get her ready and she looked like a true princess (complete with Disney princess shoes!). We loved how intimate and loving the two families of the couple were and how welcome we felt by the whole family as we worked through the mornings family photos and braved the morning heat for a few outside. Allie was stunning as we worked through taking bridal portraits of her and Jeremy, although a bit nervous, I think had just as much fun taking photos as Allie did. The couple exchanged letters back to back without seeing each other in a very sweet moment between the two of them. You can tell that they love each other very much! The ceremony was so sweet and intimate, complete with the grandmothers carrying rings and flowers coming down the aisle. Jeremy could barely hold it together as Allie made her big entrance and the couple laughed their way through their vows and first kiss. After the nerves of the ceremony were over and the couple was finally married, we jumped right back into formal shots after the wedding. We were able to secure enough time to take outdoor photos at the beautiful reception venue of the bridal party and couple. They were a dream to photograph, so natural and beautiful together. The reception was complete with an amazing meal, a really cute sweets table, and a beautifully decorated hall. The father of the bride gave a touching speech and you could tell in his voice just how proud he was of his daughter. Allie and Jeremy twirled and smiled through their first dance together as husband and wife and both enjoyed dances with their parents. It was all and all a fantastic day and this was a great couple to work with, we enjoyed it immensely.

Congrats Jeremy and Allie! We know your future is very bright!
