Megan and Matthew | Wedding @ Richards Farm, Casey IL

We are ending our wedding season off with some pretty spectacular couples including that of Megan and Matthew. We are late getting their blog up, but for good reason! We have recently welcomed into our life an EXTREMELY talented photographer, Kayla Williamson from Martinsville IL (Owner of Kayla Elizabeth Photography) and we wanted to collaborate with her to share some of her images also of Megan and Matthew’s big day! She has been so helpful to us with the weddings we have shot recently and we cannot say enough positive things about her! She is always willing to help us out and assists with our lighting while capturing some images of her own. Check out some of the images she captured in our blog! But back to Matthew and Megan! We started the morning off in Mattoon, IL with hair and makeup and were able to get a few formal shots in before the touching ceremony at Broadway Christian Church in Mattoon. Megan and Matthew had this really great exist from the church including having their guests offer their best wishes by throwing paper airplanes upon their exit (such a great idea). Megan is a very classic and elegant woman who had an absolutely STUNNING wedding day look and we loved the vintage lace and bridal party look she had created for this beautiful fall day. Matthew has a great sense of humor and so very easy to get a long with. We thought it was very touching that the couple included a few minutes into their busy wedding day schedule to remember those family members that had passed on. The wedding reception was held at one of coolest venues we have been at, Richards Farm in Casey. This place is really beautiful and has so many opportunities for photos. The DJ service was provided by Livin Loud Entertainment out of Neoga who had the party hopping all night long. The foot at this venue was just amazing and Megan and Matthew also incorporated a popcorn bar and photo booth into their reception. There were so many special touches throughout the day it was a very relaxing and enjoyable wedding day. Congrats Megan and Matthew, we wish you guys nothing but the best!
