Melissa and Brandon | Engagement @ Newton, IL

We are excited to share with you round two of Melissa and Brandon’s engagement session. Back in the winter we shot a brief snow session with Melissa and Brandon and man were they troopers! If I remember correctly, it was absolutely FREEZING that day not to mention a very WET snow. We had a change of weather for the second time around and much better cooperation from mother nature. This couple is not only laid back they also laughed at my lame jokes (I try, I really do). They had a great spot chosen for pictures at an old barn which I loved and this poor couple had to witness my “Snake Chant” which is my way of warning critters that I’m coming their way (in the hopes they run, far far away). I would say it was a successful shoot as no one got poison ivy or had any encounters with a snake. Thanks for spending the evening with us guys, we are really looking forward to the wedding day!
