This time of year brings about a little time for us to catch up on our blog as well as some of our business stuff! We were blessed with a very nice Christmas this year and thankfully it was one we didn’t have to work through (kinda). We were able to attend some sports games this year including a St. Louis Blues Hockey Game (a birthday tradition), a Chicago Bears Game, and a World Series Game in the Fall/Winter months. Following that we had a great early Christmas with Doug’s family and this year we got a new addition to our family (pictured above). Our new nephew who is 6 years old, entered the Key family late fall and he is so adorable and sweet. He also has a great imagination and loves to interactively play. He was able (along with his mom and dad) to teach us some ASL and we are looking forward to learning some more so we can communicate with him as he grows up. He’s in a family full of boys now with all of Doug’s existing nephews so he will fit right in 🙂
On my end, although we did miss the West family Christmas this year due to shooting a wedding (missed you peeps!)but we were able to spend a quiet Christmas with my immediate family on Christmas eve/day. I took some opportunities on Christmas Eve/Day to catch up on my accounting, blog maintenance, and email. We still have one more Christmas to go in January and we are really happy we stayed in town this year to visit with everyone. We are barely getting break from the wedding madness as we still have one more wedding yet to wrap up for the year and then right back into it again in January. Its going to be a very busy 2014. Thankfully we have a planned vacation in there so we don’t go completely mad 🙂
