Rachel and Spencer | Engagement @ Effingham, IL

We are getting to the point where we can post a few of our recent engagement sessions (and more are on the way) and we will start off with Spencer and Rachel. Nothing in the world is better than a bride that completely trusts your creativity going into it and that’s just what we got with this couple: total trust. Pinterest can be an overwhelming force for a bride with so many planned and structured ideas but I have found that the most enjoyable engagement photos are where everyone can relax, have a good time, and most of all, be themselves. We had some great family property to work with and even though it was strong winds we were able to use that to our advantage. I was a little disappointed we couldn’t get a photobomb out of the cows on the property but having some great barns and light made up for it. Thanks for venturing into scary barns with me and not laughing at me when I did my “bat” warning calls. I’m always appreciative when a couple just rolls with my weirdness 🙂
