The 2014 Massive Family Blog Post | Kate Key Photography

How do we even catch up with all the family photos that we took over the last several months.  If you have read our prior blog post, you know that we shot over 80 non-wedding shoots with the majority of those shoots being some pretty amazing families. It is impossible to pay them all due blog respect individually so we opted for one massive post to show our thanks to all of the families that entrusted us with their memories this year. We had some AWESOME weather and some great kids for a lot of these shoots and we really enjoy shooting family photos. It isn’t always glamorous though. Some of you parents know that there were tears and fits but all in all that’s just sometimes how things go. There are always phases and experiences with photographing kids and a lot of unpredictability but that’s what keeps it interesting. If you are interested in family photos PLEASE read our prior blog post about “what is to come” of family photos by Kate Key Photography. We will be making some changes (positive ones) in the way we schedule and book family sessions and we are facing now a higher demand than ever before. With that in mind, we will be allowing advance booking for spring/summer/fall of 2015 with fall dates going the fastest as always. We will have to say no to some and although that breaks our heart we have to be realistic about how much time we will have for family photos with our extensive wedding season coming up in 2015. We thank you all for your understanding and patience with us as we continue to accept as many families as we physically can into our schedule. For now enjoy these awesome people below!
